Private pay allows for greater privacy, flexibility + choice, keeping decisions about your care where they belong—with you.

Understanding your private pay options.

Individual counseling sessions are offered at a private-pay rate of $150 per 60-minute session. Payment is due at the time of service.

  • Pay for your sessions directly using an accepted credit or debit card, HSA, or FSA. Private pay allows you and your provider to make decisions about your care without the limitations of insurance coverage.

  • Although Vibrant Vida does not accept insurance, your plan may include out-of-network mental health benefits that reimburse you for a portion of your session fees. We encourage you to contact your insurance provider to learn more about your specific coverage.

  • Upon request, Vibrant Vida can provide a superbill containing the information you may need to submit a claim to your insurance provider for possible out-of-network reimbursement.

  • For added convenience, Vibrant Vida may submit eligible out-of-network claims on your behalf. Reimbursement is determined by your insurance provider and is not guaranteed.

  • A limited number of reduced-fee sessions may be available for clients who would otherwise experience financial barriers to care. Availability and eligibility may vary.

  • Select services may be available as packages or prepaid arrangements for clients seeking ongoing or specialized support. Options and pricing vary by service and can be discussed during your consultation.
