“I had been to therapy before, and it didn’t help that much, so I didn’t have a lot of faith walking into it again. I didn’t even realize how much I had stuffed down inside and how much that was affecting my relationships and even my physical health. But Vianca Anderson’s counseling style and techniques have helped me so much! I felt like she immediately understood me and my struggles and often knew what to say to encourage me and help me see things in a new and healthier light. She led me through EMDR, which had an almost instantaneous effect on some very deep and long-time issues. Now, two years later, I feel so much more confident. My relationships with my family and friends have become stronger and healthier, and I feel like I can process and deal with stresses in my work and social life so much more easily. I’m becoming more confident and courageous just to be bold. It feels so refreshing to process the root of my issues finally. Therapy has changed my life so much, and I will never stop talking about how important I feel therapy is. I am so beyond grateful for Vianca Anderson and her incredible skills and talent in counseling and EMDR.”

"Working with Vianca during the consultation of the consultation process was very enlightening. I could connect the dots more than ever during my five years of practice. She is very knowledgeable, and in my opinion, she memorized Shapiro's book, which allows her to provide in-depth reasoning as to why each step is needed. She combines her knowledge with patients and teaching experience, and as a result, I have been able to take my practice to another level. I left the consultation of consultation process feeling more confident. If I ever need to consult on a case or take a refresher course, it will definitely be with Vianca and her team!"
