Consultation
The rate for A-la-Carte consultation is $120 for 1 hour and $60 for 30 minutes.
EMDR Certification and Consultant-in-Training Consultation rates:
$120 pays for one hour of consultation
$550 ($110 per hour) pays for 5 hours of consultation
$1000 ($100 per hour) pays for 10 hours of consultation
$1900 ($95 per hour) pays for 20 hours of consultation
Insurance
Vibrant Vida Counseling Center is an in-network provider for Blue Cross Blue Shield of SC. We would be happy to check your plan’s copay and deductible amounts during the consultation process.
Vibrant Vida Counseling Center offers automatic out-of-network claim submissions. If we are not in your network, you may still be eligible for partial or full reimbursement of service fees by submitting an out-of-network claim. Contact your insurance plan for more information. For your convenience, we offer courtesy claim processing for out-of-network plans.
Private Pay
The decision between private pay and insurance often depends on individual preferences, financial considerations, and the specific requirements of the individual seeking counseling.
Private pay counseling comes with the cost of out-of-pocket expenses. On the other hand, using insurance may be more cost-effective but could involve navigating restrictions, potential loss of privacy, and limitations on therapist choices.
Payments are accepted via cash, debit, or credit card. Clients in active status will gain entry to the Client Portal, where payment transactions are handled securely.
